OUR PATH

As a family-run company, our efforts have always been driven by a forward-looking vision focused on building a legacy. And we know that the only way to achieve this goal is by walking a path of sustainability, which is why we are fully committed to the United Nations 2030 Agenda’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs: 4, 8, 10, 12, 13, 16, 17).

We have established a sustainable strategy as part of our WE CRAFT A WORLD OF JOY mission, a strategy that is underpinned by three pillars: People, Planet and Craft. These are the three priceless jewels that we want to ensure will last for years to come, and this is the path that we have followed from the start.

THREE PILLARS, THREE JEWELS
PEOPLE

Our people, our most valuable jewel. We strive to create the perfect environment for empowering inspiration while contributing to our society.

Spreading joy
We are focused on customer satisfaction, active listening and ongoing customer engagement; we want our products to contribute to their happiness and self-fulfillment. We work from a sense of commitment to diversity and inclusion in our community management, spreading respect, affection and kindness and leading by example.
Empowering
We are committed to attracting and nurturing talent. We are invested in fighting for gender equity and diversity to promote equal opportunity in the workplace, fostering work-life balance and prioritizing wellness.
Engaging communities
We strive to make a positive impact on society through dialogue with our stakeholders, partnerships, collaborations and actively advocating for social and environmental causes, through philanthropy and corporate volunteering.
PLANET
We only have one planet and we do everything in our power to protect it.
Climate change
Our work is aligned with global efforts to combat climate change and we are committed to making a positive impact and rising to meet the responsibility that comes with being a company involved in production along our entire value chain.
A circularity mindset
We are committed to continuing to create pieces that are passed down from generation to generation, adopting a circular approach to all our creative and production processes, as well as ensuring responsible management of the materials we use and the waste we generate.
Nature’s partners
We manage resource efficiency and optimization, contributing to the preservation of biodiversity and natural resources.
CRAFTSMANSHIP
We are artisans – it’s in our blood. To us, craft is synonymous with attention to detail, excellence and creativity. Not only do we work to safeguard the craft but also to drive it forward through innovation.
Innovating through craft
Empowering artisans, raising the visibility of emerging artists, building spaces for co-creation and collaboration.
Hand in hand with our partners
We analyze the traceability of our materials and seek out suppliers who are aligned with our values, who respect our code of ethics and ensure excellence so that we can deliver the high standard of quality we are looking for.
Extending the life of our products
We are committed to incorporating eco-design principles into the early stages of our products’ value chain and remain committed to restoration as a way of extending the life cycle of our pieces.

GOVERNANCE
We strive to adhere to the highest standards of good governance across our three pillars of sustainability (Planet, People & Craft) and are constantly on the lookout for ways to improve. As a company, we have the power to be catalysts for positive change in society, so we believe that it’s our responsibility to take care of people and the planet through every decision we make. We believe that sustainability is the best path forward for the future and our natural evolution, the best way to grow and persevere. We provide a host of tools and practices that drive our sustainable transformation forward to make sure that this goal becomes our reality. We put the right framework in place to ensure we work responsibly and provide structured guidelines to make certain that sustainability is integrated into our way of doing business and is embraced by all employees. That is why we strive to build a culture that holds us accountable for the impact we make, pursuing the most responsible path forward while protecting both society and the environment. Our good governance is also made possible through our memberships and partnerships, which are aligned with SDGs 16 and 17. This is why we are members of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) to formally commit to and advocate the 10 principles of corporate sustainability and promote the contribution to the SDGs in our industry.
