A professional gemologist, Rosa Tous studied at the Gemological Institute of America in Los Angeles, and completed the Advanced Management Program (PADE, per its Spanish acronym) at IESE. Rosa has been TOUS’ Corporate Vice-president since 2013 and in 2022 she also took on the role of Reach and Relevance Officer. She is also president of ANDEMA, Asociación por la Defensa de la Marca (Brand Defense Association) and Second Vice-President of the Official Guild of Jewelers, Goldsmiths, Watchmakers and Gemologist of Catalunya, among other associations.
