Laura completed the Management Development Program (PDD, per its Spanish acronym) and the Advanced Management Program (PADE, per its Spanish acronym) at IESE Business School. She began her professional career at TOUS, assuming the role of co-managing director, along with her sister Alba Tous, in 2002. Currently, she is an executive advisor for TOUS KAOS, the family’s legacy group.
