Rosa Tous and Núria Garrós highlight the challenges of TOUS corporate governance at the Fashion Talks of ‘Centro de Estudios de Garrigues’
Rosa Tous, Corporate Vice President of TOUS, accompanied by Núria Garrós, General Counsel and Secretary of the Board of Directors of TOUS attended on Tuesday, April 10th, the Fashion Talks conference organized by the ‘Centro de Estudios de Garrigues’ moderated by Gema Jiménez, Ex vicedirector of Vogue Spain. At the conference, they explained the evolution of the firm throughout its history, its internationalization process and the challenges of the corporate department to the students of the Executive Business & Law Program and the MBA Fashion Business & Law of ‘Centro de Estudios de Garrigues’.
Núria Garrós took this opportunity to talk about the functioning and challenges of TOUS corporate governance and review the firm's commitment in environmental and sustainable terms, the presence of TOUS in the international market and the success of the company, which has managed to close 2017 with 622 stores in 53 different countries.

The internationalization of the firm and its challenges for the future were other topics discussed during the day, in which digital transformation and e-commerce were some of the key points. TOUS, which is in the process of adapting to digital transformation since 2015, considers that the transformation of the company in that direction is the ideal one, since that is where the market is concentrated.
TOUS has a great relationship with Garrigues, since both are big players in their business segments. This distinguished center of studies has always been a reference and a great travel companion in many TOUS projects.
