According to TOUS’ Chairwoman Alba Tous, this organizational change "once again reveals TOUS's commitment to internal talent, as well as our desire to continue growing to become the most successful and desired jewelry brand in the world".
Marta Tous joined the family business in 1994. Since 2006 she has been R & D Director, dedicated to the design and production of jewelery collections. She has a Higher Degree in Jewelery and Goldsmithing at the Official School of Jewelers of Madrid and made a stay at the Gemological Institute of America in Los Angeles. She is also a member of the Official Association of Jewelers, Goldsmiths, Watchmakers and Gemologists of Catalonia.
In relation to her new role, she stressed: "I take this challenge with great enthusiasm, to lead the art direction contributing to our brand and our product the essence of TOUS, to be able to transmit it to our customers and consumers around the world."
This organizational change is added to the recent appointment of Carlos Soler-Duffo, as the new CEO. The manager stressed that the company's efforts are focused on "strengthening the leadership of TOUS as a global brand of affordable jewellery and luxury to continue adding opportunities and stimulate growth around the world".
For this reason and to guarantee that creativity influences all areas, TOUS has created the Product department that Eva Gallego will lead. Represent the brand's jewelry, bags and accessories equipment in terms of design, product and purchasing management.
Giordano Reffatto assumes, for his part, the new Direction of Global Sales of the Group after his passage by the Direction of Sales of Spain. Regarding his appointment, Reffatto assured: "From my new position, we will contribute to the growth of the business in the countries where we already have a presence, in addition to continuing to boost the international expansion of the brand. All this, together with the impulse of the digital channel to consolidate TOUS's commitment to omnichannel and with a view to fulfilling the phases already defined in the company's strategic plan ".
