TOUS to be in the Spain Pavilion’s shop at the Expo 2020 Dubai

The company continues to drive internationalization forward and remains committed to sustainability.

TOUS will display updated versions of its most emblematic collections alongside some new items.

TOUS, Spain's leading fine jewelry and accessory brand in the affordable luxury segment, will be in the shop from 1 October 2021 to 31 March 2022. Called Brands of Spain shop, Spain’s retail outlet in the Spain Pavilion at the Expo 2020 Dubai, managed by the Leading Brands of Spain Forum (FMRE) . Specifically, the company will display updated versions of its most emblematic pieces of jewelry such as Sweet Dolls and Icon Mesh, alongside a selection of the firm’s latest collection such as Nocturne.

The shop has been conceived of to enhance the experience of the Pavilion’s visitors, as they will be able to discover and purchase some of Spain’s leading brands, which includes TOUS. The Pavilion is run by Acción Cultural Española (AC/E), a government agency responsible for Spain’s attendance at world and international exhibitions. The shop, which is also available online, will be divided into two spaces: one dedicated to gastronomy and the other to fashion and accessories, with sustainability as the underlying theme.

By taking part in Expo 2020 Dubai, the company will drive internationalization even further forward by focusing on key markets, as well as remaining committed to sustainability.

TOUS will share this space with other Spanish business such as Acesur (with the brands La Española and Hacienda Guzmán), Adam Foods (Artiach, Cuétara and Granja San Francisco), Adolfo Domínguez, Aristocrazy, El Ganso, Hijos de Rivera (Estrella Galicia 0,0 y Cabreiroá), Natura Bissé, Tendam (Pedro del Hierro, Springfield and Women’secret), UNOde50, Aceitunas Torrent (with the brands Torrent 1898, Oliva Clan and The Coolives), Alma en Pena, Ambientair, Gulius, Pimentón La Chinata, Lola Casademunt, Palacio de Oriente, Roberto Verino, Starlite and Virginias.

A brand with international operations

TOUS has a solid international distribution network with operations in 45 countries and a total of more than 700 stores worldwide. The company strives to deliver a consistent, premium experience to its customers around the world thanks to the daily efforts of the 4,000-plus people who make up its team. To do so, in 2021 TOUS has laid the foundations for its future growth by launching a crosscutting transformation project, TOUS Next, which is intended to be more in tune with consumers and society through a more flexible, digital and efficient way of working, as well as maintaining its leading position in the affordable luxury segment.

Expo 2020 Dubai, a world fair

World fairs are held every five years. The last edition of the world fair took place in Milan in 2015 and had been scheduled to be held again in Dubai last year. However, due to the impact of the pandemic, the event organizers decided to postpone it to this year.

This edition of the fair will be held in an exhibition center near Dubai’s Al Maktoum airport. Specifically, the venue has a surface area of over 4,380 square meters and can be reached by public transport.

This year, 191 countries will be represented and it is estimated that the event will host more than 2.5 million visitors over the six months that it will last.
